As the Project Lead for the Hey Tea Lafayette project, I had the privilege of collaborating closely with the overseas Corporate team, overseeing construction management while ensuring the interior design vision was flawlessly executed across borders.

From the initial buildout, I spearheaded negotiations on insurance standards and subcontractor bidding, advocating effectively on behalf of our clients to align project goals with operational requirements. I navigated complex regulatory landscapes, resolved logistical challenges, and maintained clear communication across international teams. Through strategic planning, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving, we successfully brought the design concept to life in just two months, adhering to a diligent and tightly managed construction schedule. This project allowed me to showcase my ability to bridge cultural and operational gaps but also reinforced my expertise in delivering high-impact results under tight deadlines.
